AllRidez may allow transportation companies and fleet owners to register multiple vehicles or Service Providers.

Fleet operators are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and drivers satisfy all applicable legal and Platform requirements.

By using AllRidez, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding:

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of AllRidez intellectual property.

Users may submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own.

By submitting content to AllRidez, you grant AllRidez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Platform, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

These Terms, together with applicable policies, supplemental terms, and agreements referenced herein, constitute the agreement between you and AllRidez concerning your use of the Platform, except where a separate written agreement expressly governs a particular service.
